Taking You Higher

Hey. It’s been over 2 months since my last entry. I have moved from North Carolina to Delaware. I’ve even started my brand new job. Overall, the area is nice but there really is no place like home. Adjusting is happening and its been easier since I’ve been more patient and willing to learn. Exploring the area has been my favorite part of the move. Currently, I want to realize what my long term goals are. A creative spark has found me. Hopefully, I can learn how to nurture the fire instead of allowing it to burn out.

My music taste has changed over the past few months. I have been going back to my old self and have been listening to house mixes on YouTube. The only book I’ve read fully since the last entry was the Alchemist. That book changed my life and I greatly recommend it. I’m reading George Orwell’s 1984. It is a tough reading as the pacing and world building is a bit too slow for me.
